This was the second time that A&D had helped me out, and both experiences were very good. They attended (to my blocked drain) on the same day that I called them, diagnosed the problem quickly and cleared the drain very efficiently. In both cases the engineer was cheerful, friendly, very competent, and left no mess. He also advised me about getting my water company to pay for future work. Of course, I hope not to have the same sort of problem again, but if I do, I'll be straight on the phone to A&D.
