The customer service was fantastic. At first, I was not sure of the payment process and was a bit hesitant. After an email to make some assurances, I received an email right back which made me feel more comfortable about the process. Then I didn't understand the payment procedure since I am not the best with Tech. I received an email with a detailed explanation which was tremendously helpful. And finally, I received my shipment very quickly. So, a 5 star rating is very well earned..
