Great customer experience for me. The only aspect that could have been better was that one of my items was out of stock for domestic shipping and required shipment from another country which resulted in increased shipment time.
I was contacted about the stock issue and a rep worked with me to get a solution. Communication was excellent throughout the process.
Product was as described and arrived undamaged.
