It was unfortunate that customs confiscated the order 2 times, which can happen. However, Andrew’s customer service was above par. He sent me an email notifying me of status and kept me well inform of next steps. He tracked status of my order until I was in receipt of it.
I really appreciate this level of customer service. I definitely will order again.
