After waiting a week I emailed and asked about the Product I ordered. I was told it was out of stock and should be back in the next day. A few days went by and it was still out of stock and the rep replaced it with a less expensive product and shipped it out. For the same cost as the more expensive product that I originally purchased.
No issues with shipping however.
