Bought a car a few weeks ago from a Owen. Had a few problems with car, the problems was initially sorted. But the customer service on the other hand are shocking. They don’t ring you back the young girl is very rude and thinks she knows it all. The car had to be m.o.t 30 miles away which seems a bit strange to me. As for the log book the lady said it will be sent off but, few weeks later it’s apparently sat with there accountant. Why would it need to be with them for it should be sent off ASAP. Phoned dvla and they have no record of the log book what so ever. I would avoid this place as much as you could. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying from this place. They need a course in how to treat there’re paying customers. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
