Excellent service - I contacted Alan via his website and within a couple of days he had been round to collect my oriental rug for cleaning. He dropped it back two days later and I am delighted with the results. All the colours in the rug have come up really bright again, and it looks in much better condition now than when he took it. Would definitely recommend this company for promptness, politeness and reasonable pricing. Am now considering using this company to clean some of the carpets in my house too.
