Taxi booked to take us to a wedding a short distance from where we were staying. No sign of taxi 10 minutes after expected time. Called operator who said she couldn’t call to let us know there was a delay as well as answer the phones. Ended up having to drive ourselves to the wedding in order that we were not late for the ceremony. Very disappointed and at no point did we receive an apology. Would recommend NOT using this taxi service.
