I had an issue with a ring I’d’ purchased (which I loved by the way!) I spoke with the online chat assistant who asked me to send photos which I did. Without any question they provided me with a code to use on the website site for either a replacement or another item of my choice. I order another ring in a different style and it was delivered by lunchtime the following day! So less than 24 hours from raising my concern id already received a replacement! Absolutely amazing customer service, beautiful jewellery (I have quite a few pieces) I would recommend Abbott Lyon to anyone with the added comfort of the exceptional customer service they provide ☺️
