I first of all bought a pearl bracelet with a gold K on it which I loved but unfortunately it broke after a few days. Your customer service was exemplary and it was dealt with swiftly and sensitively. I ordered a gold neckless with a k and a heart pendant as a replacement. It came within days or me ordering this and I could not have been happier. I love the piece so much it is beautiful and I get lots of lovely comments too. It is the perfect length too which I always struggle to find.
