The customer service team is very good. They reply promptly and keep you updated about what is the next step and the progress of your purchase.
I have not rated it very good because the website stated max 10 working days for delivery. I had to contact them after 10 days. The bed took us a bit to build but it is quite straightforward. As good as expected. I would recommend it.
