I had been a regular customer with this company but the delivery driver had been leaving the parcel in front of my house in full view, rather than bothering to place the parcels inside the safe porch. I complained to the company, giving full instructions that the porch door was open and asking for items to be placed in the porch, but the delivery driver still left the items in front of the house. I have now closed my account and am now buying organic products from a more reliable supplier.
