I hoped I would never have to find that out, but this company is serious about their backups. There was a problem and my site went down; I thought I had lost all my data in the process and was honestly devastated.
However, everything was saved and took a short time to restore, after which I could go on like nothing happened.
Long story short, you guys saved my whole livelihood with a few clicks, which sounds insane but is true. You have earned a faithful user for life over here!!!
