You actually talk to a human being when you reach out and they help you directly. There’s no sending you random guides from the internet or leaving you to fend for yourself, which I hate as I’m overly anxious and panic quickly.
Also, I’m not sure how many clients there are but they always treat me nicely and actually remember past issues and work quicker to solve them each time. It’s been a fantastic experience!
