The last hosting provider I was working with was a nightmare, especially if you needed help. I think their team was made out of random people who had no experience with hosting or anything related to running or maintaining a site.
The Abelohost team was a great upgrade in that regard. I can tell that I am talking to professionals each time I reach out and they truly do their all to help. I really appreciate it, and think it sets a standard for what all companies should do.
