I love that when you contact support you get connected to an actual human. I left my last host when I realized they not only had a chatbot but had no human support on staff at all—it was an insane thing to find out.
These guys are knowledgeable and want to help, which is the only thing I’ve ever asked for. Great service, will be staying put for now.
