We arrived very early in the morning and the bus was there and driver waited for us to unload car and cross over. We returned late afternoon on the Saturday and having picked up the phone to request bus, it was there within minutes. Both times the Drivers we extremely freindly. It was slightly more expensive than rival parking offsite, but can guarantee we would have been 30 mins later getting home after a long day travel.
