I had a query because I wasn't sure whether I need to pay for my 20 month old daughter or not. I sent a text message to 80800 and got a kind answer. I'm happy with your system overall but there is a point you can improve it. If you put a short comment(such as 'under 2 years old baby is free of charge') below the drop down menu which is used by customer to select the number of passengers, it would be quite clear.
