I was greeted into the lounge by the Supervisor, who was very pleasant. She helped me and my girlfriend check into the lounge.
The lounge staff were very helpful, asked us if we were managing to find everything alright, explained where certain things were located with in the lounge, gave me the internet password ect.
I would highly recommend that when going on holiday, that people book in to this lounge. It is very busy but well worth the money for a comfortable seat.
