The rates and the process are excellent and trouble free. I always book in advance now when travelling from Aberdeen. My only gripe is having to validate the ticket on exit. An important aspect of using priority is to be able to exit with little delay. In contrast to booking and entering the car park, the exit is clunky. you have to queue at the office to validate your ticket before you can get through the barrier. On my last visit that took 15 mins which is too long. Great service but the exit process need to be as somooth as the entry.
