I frequently use Priority Parking and delighted to have this opportunity to feed back. I am extremely happy with the service but do have one constant niggle. I always pre-book and I always get held up at the barrier being requested to pay an outstanding balance. I then have to phone the attendant - who sometimes responds faster than others and we go throught the ritual of taking my ticket back out, replacing it and then the attendant manual operates the barrier. Can someone please get this sorted out (and then the service would be "Very Good")?
I would be very interested in receiving a genuine response to this.
