Every time there is an issue with the machines on check out - this time the pre-pay was not recognised. Last time it chewed my credit card and didnt return and I was stuck blocking an exit for 30minutes while the cheap labour failed to sort a solution.
For some horrendously expensive parking I would expect an efficient system at a minimum.
