I found the the parking effortless, the instructions I downloaded were excellent, getting in and finding an empty space was carried out without problem, leaving the site was also no problem, I got to the barrier entered my ticket, however the barrier would not open, I pressed the call button and was connected to an attendant immediately, he confirmed my name and oped the barrier. This is the third time I've pre booked my parking. Good job.
