It was great to be so near the terminal - especially for coming home. However, I felt that the instructions for leaving didn't prepare me properly as I used the Pay Machine to call for help and confirm my actions but no-one answered after 5 minutes of continuously pressing the help button. It would assist "first-timers" like me if some instructions were on the payment machines. I then decided to leave and see what happened but nearly had a heart attack when it came up on the exit that I had to pay over £83!!!! I had already reversed to go and find someone before they came on the intercom and asked questions to confirm my prepayment. Not trouble-free, but I'll know better if I decide to use it again.
