Issue with car (and therefore booking) not being recognised on arrival. It meant a delay on departure from the car park.
Delay after coming out of airport and joining queue for transport to car park. Several people phoned for bus but it was at least 25 mins before a taxi came to take us to our car. A driver hadn't turned up for work! A disappointing service all-in-all.
