Had to pay another day's car parking as flight was cancelled. No one was on duty at the barriers 21 May 2014 at 10.40am so had to use the intercom system, not satisfactory. Had to move car twice and ended up at barrier nearest to the office. eventually a member of staff appeared at about 10.55am and provided assistance.
