I have used the long stay car park on several occasions and apart from the time I was not recognised by the computer booking system and could not get out after a delayed flight in the middle of the night, I have found the service excellent and the quick turnaround of the service bus to the terminal to be particularly reassuring. Even on the occasion of the computer error a member of the staff eventually drove to the gate to sort out the error at about 1.00 in the morning. With service like this I will have no hesitation in using the Long Stay car park again and would recommend it wholeheartedly.
