What customer service? Tried to call on three occasions with a question on my booking. Gave up as was on hold for an extremely long time. Intend read the terms and conditions an realised I had no choice but to pay a full day in addition on my return. That is my fault and responsibility. However please don't pretend to have great customer service as it would appear non existent.
