Arrived at at barrier and Number plate recognition did not read the plate and issue a ticket.
Contacted the person through the intercom.
Poor quality communication ended with me still at the barrier.
Tried again but no success, left car and walked to the attendant's office with my booking reference eventually I got my ticket at the barrier and entered the car park.
Not the service I expected when trying to catch an early morning flight.
