Ease of use and the drivers were very courteous.
Locating the bus pick up point in the car park was not as easy as expected.
Having to call for a bus to take me from the airport to the car park is unusual but not unexpected however the yellow call box is not easily recognized for purpose and it has no sound protection so even as an Aberdonian who should have easily understood the Customer Service agent how answered my call I found it almost impossible to hear her because of the intense background noise from the helicopters and flights sounds.
