Easy to book and the service desk were very helpful.
An improvement will be to include instruction for the ticket on arrival on the website or confirmation email. This will prevent pressing the button for a ticket on arrival, which may often be the case for first time users, even though the instruction is on the machine. Most first timers will not look out for that instruction.
