I am a regular user of the long stay car park but first time I actually pre-booked and this was an efficient and effective service. However the same old issue causes some concern around the bus stop start policy and schedule. It is very sporadic, no consideration for peak aircraft arrivals i.e. bus always at the "depot" while the system for leaving the car park could be improved. I have lost count of the number of times I have just parked or even got close to the main bus station when it just leaves for the terminal and often I just walk rather than wait for the 20 minute return time. Could a driver alert or "wait" button be employed to ensure the driver is aware that there is someone about to board?
