Well worth the £3.50 cost; saved me a good 30 minutes in the main queue. Only comment would be for staff to be a bit clearer when putting things into the trays and joining others from the main queue, as it was a little unclear when to approach with my items - only a minor issue though and I'd recommend this service to others.
