Like the long stay car park, bus service excellent. However online service is awful as you cannot get in touch with anyone to make changes to booking. The phone number directs you to a number that rings then goes dead.
Being a frequent flyer making changes to car parking bookings in advance should not be charged for, this is ridiculous, this has prompted me to return to taxi's rather than the car park as the cost gets too expensive for parking.
