The car park was as expected, clean, tidy but very full. Found a space without difficulty and bus was frequent and similarly clean and tidy. The ticketing system did not work as advertised. I was pre-paid, on line, but despite ANPR still had to call for assistance, which worked without a problem. Having to walk to the office to find out that I have to call for assistance is not convenient. I did nothing wrong, your system does not work as you say it will, therefore you get a "normal". It is, sadly what we expect! If It had worked as described and allowed me exit on my pre-paid VRM then you would have been "good" maybe even "very good", but you weren't.
