Straightforward and easy to get in and park however not so straightforward at the exit point as a payment for the parking was asked for when the card was put into the reader at the exit barrier, notwithstanding that it was already pre-paid. The call button was used to contact one of the staff who checked the details and then remotely raised the barrier. There was very heavy rain at the time which may have affected the number plate reader but it also meant that the car become very wet inside whilst the window was open for approximately one minute.
