I was disappointed that there weren't any contact details on the website to call the car park. I had been stuck in Aberdeen traffic for 50 mins and looked as if i might miss my flight, so I had wanted to call ahead to see if I could upgrade to the short stay car park to save me time. But looking on the website I couldn't find any phone details. I then went into manage my booking and there wasn't any way to upgrade my booking once it had been made. It would be useful to put on your website that at peak traffic times in Aberdeen that it can take 40-60 mins longer to get through coming from the south side. I had travelled up from Edinburgh. With the size of the city you don't expect to have this amount of delay. It took me 30 mins to get through one round about from joining the queue. Other than that it was a good experience.
