I was really pleased to arrive at the airport for 5am and have no issues with parking. Obviously I had paid in advance and had confirmation of my payment in an email. So it was disappointing that when I returned to get my car, and realise I had left my ticket on the plane, I was quizzed for nearly half an hour over whether I had paid or not by the guy at the ticket office. It was late at night, I was shattered and had a long drive ahead and couldnt understand why showing my receipt on my phone for the booking why i could just not be let through - the guy at the desk repeatedly told me he couldnt find me on the system depute seeing my receipt and showing him ID! It was absolutely ridiculous. He let me through eventually once the penny had dropped I had in fact paid. I would have rated very good had this not been the case. U have to accept that sometimes tickets get lost but if there is a back up emailed receipt then this should suffice as proof of purchase.
