Priority Weekender is an excellent service which is let down by the access to and from the aircraft. You have the affrontary to call yourseves an international airport but provide a third rate service. The steps to the plane more often than not have no cover so you end up going up the steps very slowly being hit by what ever the Aberdeen weather chooses to throw at you. Arriving this past Sunday to be told that the steps had not been de-iced and that we had to take extra care as they were slippery. A huge accident claim waiting to happen. We have people arriving at Aberdeen from all over the world, what an embarrasment!
