Booking the offer on line was easy and simple. The process of picking up the ticket on entry and not having to go to a machine to pay was great. I had a problem with my car (battery was flat) Two members of the car park staff came over and a Jump start kit was brought over. It did not work but not through any fault of theirs and I called the AA out. The staff ushered the AA guy into the car park and directed him to me and I eventually started the engine. The staff were first class! Well done. Unrelated: the only negative for that car park is forcing pick-up drivers into the car park so they have to pay for very short durations is a rip-off.
