As a first time user, the instructions on how to use the service could have been clearer.
The instructions on the ticket machine at the airport say to press the button and speak to an attendant, who actually doesn't need to get involved at all.
It would have been helpful to point out that on return to the airport, before leaving with my car, all I needed to do was validate my ticket through the machine and that I only need to ask the attendant for assistance if I am asked for payment.
Other that that the service was exactly what I needed
