Good value parking, but the camera failed to recognise my number plate correctly and I had to contact your serive number to confirm that I would not be charged at the normal rate. Matters resolved at the out barrier, but you could have sorted it out so my ticket was valid for exit. Otherwise, very satisfied with the long-say parking.
