In hindsight I received the wrong ticket even though I pressed the prepaid button on entry to the car park. I found this out on attempting to exit on my return. On return putting my ticket into the machine I was informed that I owed £88.90. I entered the office building but nobody was available and tried to use the telephone, no reply. I noticed the example of the ticked which should have had a 5 figure number next to the barcode, which my one did not have. I then tried to speak to someone using the intercom, which lasted about 5 seconds then cut off. The same happened the next couple of times I tried. I moved to another barrier with success, only to be told that I needed my ticket. I returned to the barrier next to the "office" to retrieve it and I found it lying on the road. After another 2 attempts with a staff member, I finally managed to exit the car Park. Total time trying to get out was 45 MINUTES .
