I don't usually reply to feedback requests like this but I felt I'd make an exception in this case. The service was first class. I booked online and collected my ticket with my registration number on it and quickly found a space. No sooner had I got my bags out of the car when the bus pulled up right beside me. The driver said he saw me arrive in an came straight away to pick me up. This was really appreciated after my 3 hour drive. (arrived 7.30am last Thurs 26th April) After my trip, I called the bus and it was there within a few minutes to drop me off by the car. A very prompt, friendly and efficient service and by far my best experience at any airport (this was my first time in Aberdeen) John Rankin Coatbridge
