When we first arrived to your servisair lounge I was attended to a young girl who was obviously new in the job or very poorly trained in customer services
When I offered her my name and booking confirmation she could not find either and when repeated the confirmation number three times and showed her the email confirmation on my phone. (I didn't print it off), things did not get any better, then your manager or next in charge arrived she was rude impertinent and thoroughly embarrassed myself and my wife by way of basically accusing me of trying to trick my way into the lounge , eventually when she stopped talking over the top me she eventually realised that I had paid and allowed us into your hallowed turf.
The facilities were poor in relation to others I have used in the past and I was not in impressed at all with hospitality services in aberdeen airport at all perhaps you should refresh your staffs training as I think it is badly needed.
