Pre-Use booking information and booking of car park itself via internet was really good and easy to use. Local bus service from car part to airport and airport to hotel was also really good. Costs I felt were expensive and it was a difficult decision on whether or not to use the long-term car park or get a taxi to and from the airport. I would recommend you slightly reduce prices as most people from South Aberdeen area would then consider using it more. A case of looking at the likely taxi costs v target audience to see if reducing would be likely to attract more customers. I believe it would.
