Absolutely disgusted to be charged additional £50.00 upon collection of my vehicle...........apparently I had parked in the incorrect car park and yet the lady confirmed that she could see my booking. Therefore same company with a complete disregard for customer service. I have utilised this car parking for many years without any issues prior to this recent experience, I shall not be using again and shall be making friends and family aware of this via social network.
