Talk Talk earn all the poor reviews they get. Being on their broadband, we frequently experience very poor speeds. Over the last four days speed reduced to four MPs and, yesterday, .8mps. This from a company that boasts speeds in excess of 40mps in our area! Sometimes the speed can be improved by switching the modem off & on again, causing a ten minute time loss. Trying to talk to TalkTalk is an absolute waste of time! When one gets through, they offer the same advice, that everything is ok and the speed improves for a short time, but it's not a fix. We shall be leaving as soon as possible! Had enough.
