I initially got the Excel 9 because it’s covered by warranty. Like most people who bought this, I, too, am a business-owner. And as someone who values every single quid, investing in a warranty-protected product is a must. I bought the Excel 9 because of the excellent reviews it’s got – and they were not wrong! This is the most durable hand dryer I’ve ever come across and I cannot believe that I still have this unscratched hand dryer with me after 8 months!
