Actually Absolute Reg was cheaper than a quote for my reg from another company, they completed all paperwork in excellent time and I received it within days. Once I was ready I ordered my plates using the certificate supplied. Once I took possession of my new to me car, went online to DVLA with certificate details and the number plate was effective immediately!
